 Forgot your IAMS / iCON passwords?

Here is what you need to do:

IAMS

Self-reset at https://identity.moe.edu.sg/identity, or approach our school's IAMS local administrator for assistance.

iCON

Self-reset at https://icon.moe.edu.sg, or contact the SSOE Service Desk at 1800-7663-663 or help@moe.edu.sg for assistance.

 Segregated Wireless Network (SWN)

Teacher may connect to SWN Wi-Fi network to access internet for teaching and learning purpose.

To connect to SWN Wi-Fi:

  1. Select SWN@SSOE from available Wi-Fi network list

  2. Once connected, a login page will pop up.

  3. Login using your IAMS account. (Remember to check on the box to agree the T&C.)

  4. Download and install the MOE-SSL certificate. (You only need to do so once.)


Note: You can’t login to more than one device using the same account at the same time. Please 
remember to logout from SWN at http://portal.swn.moe.edu.sg when you have finished using the connection.
